Advanced understanding of cloud security architecture, including zero-trust design, identity federation, secure network boundaries, and regulatory considerations
Proven track record of architecting and evolving highly resilient, globally distributed systems, with strong command of failure domains and recovery strategies
Demonstrated ability to define and execute multi-team, multi-phase technical strategies, including dependency management and incremental delivery models
Strong bias toward operational excellence, ensuring observability, reliability engineering practices, and cost transparency are foundational elements of all solutions
Exceptional problem-solving and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose complex, cross-domain issues and drive resolution
Extensive experience with enterprise CI/CD, SDLC governance, and platform engineering practices at scale
Highly effective communicator capable of influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment across large, distributed organizations
Consistent track record of developing senior talent and shaping engineering culture, beyond direct reporting lines
