Responsibilities

The StudyIn University Ambassador Programme (UAP) is a strategic partnership model designed to increase student recruitment, strengthen university brand visibility, and improve conversion and enrolment outcomes.

As a Principal Client Success Consultant, you will act as an extension of the partner university's International Recruitment team within the StudyIn network. You will be responsible for engaging prospective students, driving applications and enrolments, managing the student pipeline, and delivering an exceptional student experience while achieving agreed recruitment targets.

Student Recruitment & Conversion

• Engage and counsel prospective students interested in studying at the partner UK university.
• Provide guidance on programmes, admissions requirements, scholarships, and study opportunities.
• Build relationships with students and parents to drive applications, deposits, and enrolments.
• Manage student enquiries and conduct proactive follow-ups throughout the recruitment journey.
• Support students with application requirements and admissions processes.
• Achieve individual conversion and enrolment targets.
• Ensure compliance with university admissions policies and agreed service levels.

Lead Management & Reporting

• Manage and maintain accurate student records within the CRM.
• Track and progress leads from enquiry through to enrolment.
• Monitor application, offer, conversion, and enrolment performance.
• Generate reports and insights to support recruitment planning and decision-making.
• Ensure CRM compliance, data accuracy, and timely pipeline updates.

University & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with the university's International Recruitment and Admissions teams to achieve recruitment objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between the university and StudyIn teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve student conversion and enrolment outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university programmes, admissions requirements, scholarships, and policy updates.
• Deliver professional and timely communication to students, parents, and university partners

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in International Education, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
