The ideal candidate should have strong academic, administrative, and people-management skills with proven experience in leading CBSE schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall academic and administrative operations.
• Drive academic excellence and student outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teaching and non-teaching teams.
• Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum.
• Manage parents, students, staff, and key stakeholders.
• Drive admissions, student retention, discipline, and school culture.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to school growth and strategic development.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience as a Principal / School Head in CBSE schools.
• B.Ed is mandatory.
• Strong academic and administrative leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and team-management skills.
• Foundation / Greenfield school experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school operations.
• Candidates from reputed school chains will be preferred.
