Job Summary


General Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis: Proactively meet with internal clients(could be LoBs/HRBPs) to fully understand their business strategies and learning needs or requirements.
• Program Design: Identify and design integrated learning solutions to fill performance and development gaps using adult learning methodologies and training techniques
• Training Delivery: Facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions. Ensure availability of learning materials and resources.
• Metrics & Evaluation: Assess the success and effectiveness of the training plans and suggest appropriate changes to them to further enhance their results within the scope of the learning and development function
• Vendors & Budgets: Work on identifying and hiring specific L&D consultants and be a point of contact between the company and the external trainers, be able to track budgets, spending

Basic Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Human Resources
• At least 3 years of experience working in the learning & development industry
• At least 3 years of experience in learning consultation
• At least 3 years of experience in learning curriculum design and development
• At least 3 years of experience managing the execution of training programs

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training needs assessment and design
• 5+ years of experience in client consulting / performance consulting
• 5+ years of experience in leading project teams
