Responsibilities

• Define and drive the organizations overall technical architecture and technology strategy.
• Design scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Establish architectural standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and evaluate technology choices for long-term business needs.
• Design distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Guide cloud adoption, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve system capabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, availability, and performance requirements.
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and scalability challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, developers, and engineering teams.
• Define integration strategies across enterprise applications, databases, and external platforms.
• Oversee proof-of-concept initiatives and validate architectural decisions.
• Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Communicate architectural decisions and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture, system design, and enterprise application development.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and API design.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with databases, data modeling, caching, and message brokers.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, and application security.
• Experience with system performance optimization, scalability, and high availability.
• Familiarity with architecture patterns, design principles, and enterprise integration.
• Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
