Must-Have Experience

• 18+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Experience designing and owning enterprise-scale systems
• Strong architecture and system design expertise
• Proven experience leading modernization, modularization, and migration of legacy/monolithic platforms
• Hands-on technical leader, not a pure people manager

Technology Stack (Mandatory)

• .NET: 12+ years
• .NET Core: 8+ years
• C++: 5+ years
• Cloud (AWS preferred): 10+ years
• RDBMS: 10+ years (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
• React or modern JavaScript framework: 5+ years
• AIDLC: 2+ years (Mandatory)
• AI Development Tools: 2+ years (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent)

Architecture & Platform Skills

• Cloud-native architecture on AWS
• Microservices architecture
• API-driven and event-driven systems
• Kafka/event streaming
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation)
• CI/CD, TDD, observability, and reliability engineering
• Distributed systems and enterprise SaaS platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for FLX ONE Cargo
• Define modular architecture and migration strategy
• Drive architectural governance and technology decisions
• Work closely with engineering, product, and airline customers
• Mentor architects and senior engineers
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance

Domain Preference

• Airline, Cargo, Logistics, or other large-scale regulated industries
• Exposure to IATA standards (ONE Record) is a plus
