Principal Architect - Turnkey Residential Construction Projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for residential construction projects.
  
• Prepare detailed design documents, including floor plans, working drawings, presentation drawings, and detail drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
  
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to meet client expectations while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in architecture with a B.Arch degree (or equivalent).
  
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion for design management and rendering.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for delivering accurate results on time.
