Primary Teacher

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 0-3 years old.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
• Assess student progress through observation, documentation, and reporting to parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and performance.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (B.Ed preferred).
• 0-3 years of experience as a Primary Teacher or Preschool Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of child psychology and pedagogy with ability to apply it effectively in classroom settings.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with parents/guardians.
