Role & responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for nursery students.
• Teach basic skills such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, and simple words.
• Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, rhymes, games, art, and play-based learning.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
• Monitor and support childrens physical, emotional, and social development.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behaviour.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
• Manage classroom discipline in a kind and patient manner.
• Organize school activities, celebrations, and events for young children.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Early Childhood Education.
• Teacher Trained in Montessori
• Minimum Graduation (depending on school requirement).
• Basic knowledge of child psychology and early learning methods
• Patience and love for working with young children
• Creativity and storytelling ability
• Good communication skills
• Classroom management skills
• Basic computer knowledge (optional)
