Primary Science Teacher

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons for primary grade students.
• Explain basic scientific concepts using activity-based and practical learning methods.
• Conduct simple experiments, demonstrations, and interactive activities to improve understanding.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with the school curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress through regular assessments.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Use smart boards, visual aids, and educational tools to enhance teaching.
• Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school activities and academic planning.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and development when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc. with B.Ed. from a recognized university.
• 03 years of teaching experience in primary school science preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to make science concepts simple and engaging for young learners.
• Knowledge of activity-based and experiential teaching methods.
• Comfortable using smart classroom technology and teaching aids.
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their academic growth.
