Primary Library Associate

Pathways School Noida is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Primary Library Associate who can inspire young readers through engaging storytelling sessions while efficiently managing routine library operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging storytelling and read-aloud sessions for primary students
• Promote reading through diverse books, comics, graphic novels and interactive activities.
• Support library sessions linked to classroom learning and PYP Units of Inquiry.
• Manage book circulation ,maintain library records and prepare debit notes and follow up on lost or overdue books as per school procedures.
• Assist with library activities, events and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in English, English Literature, Education, Library Science or a related field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and expressive storytelling skills.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with young children in a school, library or educational setting will be an added qualification.
• Interest in children's literature, reading promotion and literacy development.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with the IB PYP framework will be an added advantage
