Primary Incharge

The Primary Incharge is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functioning of the primary section. This role involves curriculum implementation, teacher supervision, student discipline, and parent communication to ensure a nurturing and academically sound environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Academic Leadership:
• Ensure effective curriculum implementation as per the schools standards and educational board guidelines (CBSE)
• Monitor and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional delivery.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the primary section including scheduling, time-tabling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning and event execution.
• Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and teacher performance.
• Faculty Management:
• Guide and mentor primary school teachers.
• Organize professional development sessions and workshops.
• Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Student Development:
• Monitor student behavior and support positive discipline strategies.
• Encourage co-curricular and extracurricular participation.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Parent Engagement:
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral progress.
• Address concerns and foster a collaborative parent-school relationship
