Pricing & Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for Air, Sea, and Land freight.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents for rates and bookings.
• Handle day-to-day freight forwarding operations and shipment tracking.
• Manage import/export documentation and ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, shipments, and updates.
• Negotiate freight rates and maintain updated rate sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely shipment delivery.
