Pricing & documentation executive - Import

Role & responsibilities & Preferred candidate profile :

Candidates only from freight forwarding background .

Fresher's will be rejected as looking for experiences personals.

Responsible for Handling Ocean Import Pricing and documentation.

Handling Import sea shipments along with air shipments.

Maintain & Provide pricing to directly to Customers.

Send all freight inquiries to Shipping Liners/Co-Loaders/ International Agents.

Negotiate with Shipping line and International agents for best freight along with detention-free days.

Handling queries & give update on all the request, information which include rate, booking details, BL draft , final pre-alert etc.

Follow-up and timely feedback with sales team, international agents, shipping line and customer.
