Pricing & Deal Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Deal Pricing Analyst to support strategic deal pursuits through commercial structuring, pricing analysis, financial modelling, and business case development. The role will work closely with Sales, Bid Management, Finance, Delivery, Legal, and Procurement teams to create competitive and profitable commercial solutions for large IT services opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end commercial frameworks and pricing models for new business opportunities.
• Create customized commercial solutions based on resource-based, transaction-based, managed services, and outcome-based pricing models.
• Partner with Bid, Sales, Delivery, Procurement, and Finance teams during deal pursuits.
• Perform cost modelling, price modelling, profitability analysis, and margin assessments.
• Build financial models, business cases, and deal economics to support commercial proposals.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, MSAs, and SOWs to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments to support deal decision-making.
• Evaluate revenue recognition implications and ensure compliance with IFRS 15, US GAAP, or relevant accounting standards.
• Leverage competitive intelligence, market benchmarks, and pricing trends to create winning proposals.
• Present commercial recommendations, pricing strategies, and deal review outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support deal governance, approvals, negotiations, and contract finalization activities.

Essential Skills and Experience -

• Knowledge of cost & price modelling.
• Strong finance acumen, including awareness of key financial metrics, and appreciation of financial risk and devising ways to mitigate.
• Knowledge/experience of different pricing models and approaches to revenue recognition. Familiarity with IFRS 15.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced MS Excel spreadsheet skills
• Ability to work with CFO organization and multi country finance controllers
• Ability to work in a project-timeline driven environment with multiple stakeholders
• A self-starter who can work independently as well as a team player; high on execution
