Pricing Associate, Financial Modelling & Commercial Pricing | Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze deal pricing, margin analysis, profitability, and commercial finance for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
• Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to inform pricing strategies and optimize revenue streams.
• Provide expert advice on commercial pricing, deal structuring, and risk management to senior leadership.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in investment banking or a related field (e.g., private equity).
• Strong background in financial modeling, including building complex models using Excel or other tools.
• Excellent understanding of commercial finance principles, including cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
