Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Pricing Analytics Location: India Department: Seniority: – Mumbai / Chennai Commercial (Transportation) Analyst / Sr. Analyst About the Role We are seeking a motivated Senior Pricing Analyst to support our transportation function . In this role, you will deliver commercial and financial reporting, prepare management review packages, build transportation and freight pricing analytics for customer proposals, support procurement and carrier negotiations, enable sales operations and bu siness development, and contribute to ad -hoc projects. Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and coordinate responses to customer RFPs, RFQs, and bids — developing pricing, building cost models, and assembling proposal inputs in partnership with the US sales and commercial teams.
• Ownership and development of all transportation and freight pricing models, lane/rate benchmarking analysis and sensitivity analysis work outputs that are accurate and precise.
• Develop and maintain pricing for new and existing business, including rate quotes, lane pricing, and margin analysis to support competitive, profitable proposals.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities, including carrier rate negotiations, RFP/bid analysis, and cost to serve evaluation to inform pricing and margin decisions Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• 3 5 years of F experience inancial, sales, pricing, procurement or operations analyst preferably in transportation, freight or logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in building/managing transportation/freight pricing and cost models and analyzing data.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills. Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Demonstrated negotiation skills, with exposure to procurement, sourcing, or carrier/vendor rate negotiations.
• Operational background or hands on understanding of transportation/logistics operations, enabling pricing and cost decisions grounded in how the business runs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience interacting with senior management.
• Ability to work in a results oriented, project driven, real time team environment.
