Pricing Analyst

ROLE PURPOSE

The Pricing Analyst owns IMM price management and accounts-receivable discipline maintaining the price structure, governing discounts and deal margins, and driving collections health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Price Management

• Maintain the IMM price structure list prices, series-wise pricing and configuration / option pricing
• Execute pricing strategy basis market dynamics and requirements
• Operate the discount-approval matrix and track discount leakage against guardrails
• Support the deal desk with pricing for complex / escalated quotes and TCO models
• Build competitor pricing and portfolio benchmarks on a periodic cadence

Accounts Receivables

• Track receivables, ageing and DSO across regions and customers
• Drive overdue follow-up cadence with sales and finance; flag credit risks
• Monitor credit-policy adherence and payment-term compliance

Analytics & Governance

• Produce pricing, margin and AR dashboards for leadership reviews
• Analyze realization, margin erosion and price-volume mix
• Maintain pricing master-data hygiene

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

• 4- 7 years in pricing analysis, commercial finance, deal-desk or accounts-receivable roles
• Capital goods / industrial / B2B manufacturing exposure preferred
• Strong analytical toolkit (Excel, BI tools); ERP / CRM familiarity
• MBA / CA-Inter / commerce graduate with an analytical background preferred
