Position: Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Technician (Mechanical & Electrical)

Department: Maintenance

Industry: Pump Manufacturing

Job Purpose :-

Ensure smooth operation of machines and utilities by carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance activities, minimizing breakdowns, and improving equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor machine condition and identify potential failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Maintain CNC machines, test benches, compressors, motors, and utility equipment.
• Conduct vibration analysis, thermography, and condition monitoring.
• Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

3 to 8 years in maintenance of manufacturing equipment,
