Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily shift activities to meet output goals based on the production schedule .
Oversee tool settings, machine setup, die changeovers, and troubleshooting to maximize equipment efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness .
Enforce safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) rules, and housekeeping standards like 5S on the shop floor.
To maintain production records, shift reports.
Preferred candidate profile
ITI / DME/ BE Mechanical - 3-5 Years experience in press shop operations.
