Press Shop Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the press shop, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members to plan, schedule, and execute tasks related to sheet metal processing, including cutting, shaping, and assembly.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, procurement) to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and tools used in press shops.
• Proficiency in SAP systems or similar software for managing inventory and tracking production data.
• Experience with tool maintenance, repair, or modification.
