Press Shop Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules for the press shop to meet customer demands.
• Supervise a team of operators to ensure efficient use of resources, minimize downtime, and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to increase productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material availability, tooling, or equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile industry.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal manufacturing processes and press machines operation.
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
• Proficiency in managing daily production planning, shift planning, and manpower handling.
