We are seeking an exceptional President - Operations to lead our producing asset portfolio and fuel the next phase of growth, technology-led transformation, and operational excellence.

• Production growth and asset performance across multiple producing fields
• Recovery enhancement, reliability improvement, and operational excellence
• Cost leadership with a clear focus on achieving $10/bbl operating costs
• Deployment of AI, digital technologies, automation, and advanced analytics
• Strategic management of global partners and service providers
• Development of a strong leadership pipeline and high-performance culture

• Proven operations leader with 10+ years of senior leadership in Oil & Gas
• Deep expertise in production operations, mature field management, and recovery improvement
• Demonstrated track record of delivering production, reliability, and cost-performance improvements
