Own and scale MSM Unify's global study abroad business across all markets and corridors. Full P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive global revenue growth across all source and destination markets
• Build and scale new corridors beyond India outbound
• Own end-to-end funnel: lead to enrollment
• Define and drive partnership strategy with universities (aligned with GUPT execution)
• Build high-performing country and regional teams
• Ensure strong conversion, margins, and revenue per student
• Run weekly execution cadence with full visibility on numbers

Success Metrics

• Revenue growth and profitability
• Corridor diversification
• Conversion rates and revenue per student
• Market-level P&L performance

Profile

• Has run a revenue-led business at scale
• Strong global student mobility or education background
• Commercial, execution-driven, data-led
• Comfortable operating across multiple countries and teams
