Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Implement the predefined lesson plans for young children.
• Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to achieve common goals.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other relevant information.

Job Requirements :

• Strong background in Pre Primary, Montessori, Nursery, Early Childhood Education, or Preschool education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with young children and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in preschool education.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.
