Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 3-5 years old, incorporating Montessori methods.
• Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
• Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in teaching pre-primary education (preschool or nursery).
• Strong knowledge of Montessori methodology and early childhood education principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced day care setting.

Requirements

• Willing to travel to gift city (Ahmedabad)
• 9hrs shift- 10 to 7
• Alternate Sat off
