Role & responsibilities

Firstcry Intellitots Preschool & Daycare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Head to lead the overall operations, admissions, parent engagement, staff management, and academic excellence of our center.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare center.
• Drive admissions, enrollments, and parent engagement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Ensure high standards of child safety, care, and learning.
• Maintain excellent parent relationships and address concerns effectively.
• Plan and execute events, programs, and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Monitor center performance and achieve business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in preschool, daycare, education, or center management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in admissions counseling and customer relationship management.
• Ability to manage operations, academics, and business targets simultaneously.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
