Presales Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of presales professionals to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
• Develop and manage bids, proposals, and presentations for RFPs/RFIs from initiation to submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong expertise in bid management, including proposal development and presentation creation.
• Proven track record in leading teams or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
