Presales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, understand customer requirements, qualify prospects, and generate quality site visits for the Sales Team.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in real estate pre-sales, inside sales, and tele-sales, with strong communication, follow-up, and lead-conversion skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective property buyers.
• Understand customer requirements, including budget, preferred location, property type, configuration, and purchase timeline.
• Explain project details, USPs, amenities, specifications, pricing, payment plans, offers, and availability.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Generate and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, digital campaigns, and property portals.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects before and after site visits.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
• Track lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams for timely and accurate information.
• Share brochures, floor plans, presentations, price sheets, and other project information with customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and maintain proper sales pipeline records.
• Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings..
• Achievement of monthly targets.
