What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales Directors on high-value enterprise deals to provide deep technical expertise.
- Conduct technical discovery workshops with prospective clients to uncover their true infrastructure and software needs.
- Design high-level system architectures, cloud topologies, and data flow diagrams for proposed solutions.
- Author the technical sections of proposals, RFPs, and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
- Build and deliver custom Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or technical product demonstrations.
- Act as the seamless handover bridge between the sales team and the project delivery/engineering team.
- 6+ years of experience, ideally transitioning from a Senior Software Engineer/Architect role into Presales/Client-facing work.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and modern web frameworks.
- Incredible ability to explain highly complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Experience writing detailed technical specifications and SOWs.
- High emotional intelligence and a natural consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel for critical in-person client workshops.
