Presales Solution Architect - Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop technical solution strategies.
  
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, security challenges, compliance requirements, and IT environments.
  
• Design and present cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer needs.
  
• Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and executive briefings.
  
• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), Proof of Value (PoVs), and technical evaluations.
  
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture documents, Statements of Work (SoW), and Bill of Materials (BoM).
  
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and security questionnaires.
  
• Collaborate with OEMs, technology partners, and internal technical teams during solution design.
  
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle until project handover.
  
• Support customer meetings across different time zones, including UAE and USA.
  
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends.
  
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and channel partners.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  
• 712 years of experience in Technical Presales, Solution Consulting, or Security Engineering.
  
• Excellent customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
