• Prospect for new clients through various channels.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process.
• Conduct market analysis to determine property value.
• Create and maintain property listings.
• Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values Engage with potential customers through calls, chats, and follow-ups.
• Participate in client visits/meetings to understand business needs and stay updated on competitor offering Understand client requirements and recommend suitable project options.
• Coordinate and confirm client visits to project sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.
