Role & responsibilities

• Lead Handling & Response: Manage incoming inquiries swiftly across phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital real estate portals.
• Outbound Engagement: Make proactive outbound calls to prospective buyers from marketing campaigns and database leads.
• Requirement Gathering & Qualification: Assess prospective clients based on their budget, preferred location, property size, and purchase timeline.
• Project Pitching: Explain project layouts, configurations (2BHK, 3BHK, etc.), pricing, amenities, payment plans, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
• Site Visit Coordination: Book, schedule, and confirm property site visits, ensuring a seamless handover of warm leads to the field/closing sales team.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, call statuses, and follow-up notes in the company CRM software.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) centered on call volume, connected calls, lead qualifications, and site-visit walk-ins.
