Role Description The Presales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving pre-sales activities that support the company's residential offerings. This role involves engaging prospective buyers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored housing solutions through consultations, presentations, and site visits. The Presales Manager will prepare proposals, coordinate with sales and project teams, and support integration of customer requirements into project plans. Daily responsibilities include managing lead pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from presales to sales closure. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, tracking metrics, and providing feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Presales skills to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales experience, including lead management, presentations, and supporting deal closure.
• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to coordinate timelines, resources, and customer expectations.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills to align customer needs with Ankura Homes product and service offerings.
• Relevant experience in real estate, housing, or lifestyle communities is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with prospective customers.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and use CRM or similar tools for tracking presales activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
