Presales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Put together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals.
• Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
• Ensure that the companys solutions can deliver on the customers requirements.
• Work closely with customers to understand and capture their requirements.
• Respond to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
• Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
• Provide ongoing support to customers throughout their projects.
• Produce detailed costings for customers and ensure that contracts are profitable.
• Conduct needs analysis, solution positioning, business justification, and apply effective closing techniques.
• Identify and resolve clients’ requirements while effectively prioritizing workload.
• Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
• Attend meetings with Sales Managers and act as a technical expert.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work closely with sales, presales, technical, and project teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving security and surveillance solutions.
• A proactive attitude with a strong interest in new technologies and challenging projects.
• Candidates with experience in AI Video Surveillance, IoT, Video Analytics, or Smart Security Solutions will be preferred.
