Presales Manager-Managed Service-NOC- Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

Solution Design & Pre-Sales

• Engage with customers to understand IT infrastructure and business requirements.
• Design Managed Services solutions covering:
• Data Center Operations
• Cloud Managed Services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Network Operations
• Security Operations
• End User Support Services
• NOC Services
• IT Service Desk
• Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), Scope Documents, Service Catalogs, and Solution Proposals.
• Conduct customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Proposal & Bid Management

• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for Managed Services opportunities.
• Define service scope, SLAs, KPIs, governance models, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and operations teams for proposal submission.
• Develop effort estimation, pricing models, and cost optimization strategies.

Customer Engagement

• Participate in customer meetings and requirement-gathering workshops.
• Conduct infrastructure assessments and service transition discussions.
• Present business value, ROI, and transformation roadmaps to customer stakeholders.

Sales Support

• Support account managers and sales teams in opportunity qualification.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
• Assist in negotiation and solution clarification during deal closure.

Service Transition Support

• Work with delivery teams during project handover and service onboarding.

Ensure agreed SLAs, deliverables, and customer expectations are documented

Preferred candidate profile
