Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Presales Lead to lead and manage the presales function across project mandates. The role will be responsible for team performance, lead management, response TAT, lead qualification, conversion, LMS discipline, reporting, and coordination with Marketing and Sales/Closing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management

• Lead, coach, train and manage the Presales team.
• Set daily and weekly calling, lead-handling and qualification targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs.
• Conduct regular call audits and quality checks.
• Drive onboarding and training on pitch, objection handling and LMS usage.

2. Lead Management & Conversion

• Own the complete lead lifecycle
• Ensure leads from all sources are contacted within defined SLAs.
• Track and improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions.
• Identify low-quality or non-genuine leads and share source-level feedback with Marketing.
• Ensure smooth and timely handover of qualified leads to the Sales/Closing team.

3. LMS & MIS Management

• Ensure 100% LMS hygiene, including accurate stage tagging, call logging and disposition.
• Monitor lead funnel, source-wise performance, TAT compliance and team productivity.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Identify process gaps and work with teams on workflow and automation improvements.
• Present funnel and conversion insights during management/client reviews.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Marketing to provide regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with Sales/Closing teams for qualified lead handovers and site-visit scheduling.
• Ensure consistent adherence to defined processes

Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in Presales/Telesales, including 45 years in a team leadership role.
• Prior experience in Real Estate Presales is strongly preferred.
• Experience with a real estate mandate/LMS organisation will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms
• Strong analytical and MIS skills with proficiency in Excel and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English/Hindi and relevant regional language.
• Strong ability to manage, motivate and performance-manage a target-driven team.
