## Pre-Sales Head – AV Solutions & Strategic Product Management

We are looking for an experienced **Pre-Sales Head** with **12+ years of strong, hands-on experience in AV (Audio-Visual) Pre-Sales and Solution Design**.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering **large, high-value AV projects**, designing complex solutions, engaging directly with customers, and leading pre-sales teams.

### Key Responsibilities
* Lead **AV pre-sales and solution design** for large and high-value projects.
* Understand customer requirements through direct discussions and convert them into **high-level AV solutions and system designs**.
* Design solutions for **boardrooms, conference rooms, enterprise spaces, command centres, experience centres, and other large AV environments**.
* Work on complex projects involving **audio, video, displays, collaboration, control, and integrated AV solutions**.
* Prepare solution concepts, system architecture, BOMs, technical proposals, and presentations.
* Lead customer meetings, solution discussions, technical presentations, and project negotiations.
* Manage and mentor the **AV pre-sales team**, ensuring quality and timely delivery of proposals.
* Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and project teams to ensure successful solution execution.
* Evaluate emerging AV technologies and identify opportunities to improve the company's solution portfolio.
* Contribute to **Strategic Product Management**, including identifying market requirements and defining future product/solution needs.
* Develop and manage **strategic partnerships with technology vendors, OEMs, and solution providers**.
* Work with partners to explore new technologies, solutions, and business opportunities.
* Support the development of the company's long-term **AV product and solution strategy**.

### Ideal Candidate
* **12+ years of overall experience**, with a **strong and pure AV Pre-Sales background**.
* Strong experience in **AV solution design and architecture**.
* Proven experience handling **large-scale and high-value AV projects**.
* Comfortable engaging directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
* Strong experience in designing **end-to-end AV solutions**, rather than only product-level selling.
* Experience in **team handling and leadership**.
* Strong understanding of AV technologies, OEM products, system integration, and industry trends.
* Excellent communication, presentation, customer-facing, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Exposure to **product management, technology partnerships, or strategic alliances** will be highly valuable.
* Should have the ability to transition from a traditional pre-sales role into a broader **Strategic Product Management & Partnerships** function.
