• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
• Assist customers with site visits, property enquiries, and the booking process, depending on the role.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and email.
• Ability to work in a team and meet assigned targets.
• Freshers may apply for suitable positions.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
