Presales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, telemarketing, and telephone conversations to generate leads for real estate sales.
• Conduct virtual tours of properties using video conferencing tools to showcase listings to prospective buyers.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and financing options to clients over phone calls.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals by providing valuable insights gained from client interactions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in presales or a related field 
• Strong communication skills for effective cold calling, telemarketing, and telephone conversations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
• Proficiency in virtual tour software and video conferencing tools.
