Job Summary

We are looking for a Presales Executive with 6 months to 4 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate / Property / Telecalling / Telesales. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, generating interest, and converting leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, portals, campaigns and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences and property needs.
• Explain project details, location, specifications, amenities, pricing and offers to customers.
• Qualify leads and identify potential customers for the sales team.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits / property visits.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure timely lead closure.
• Update lead status, customer interactions and follow-up details in CRM / Excel / lead management systems.
• Coordinate with the Sales / Field Sales team for successful lead conversion.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, site visit and conversion targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process.
