Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for ongoing real estate projects.
- Provide accurate information on project details, pricing, offers, and schedule site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead tracking.
- Support in achieving sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 - 12 months of proven track record in telesales, customer service, or real estate sales, with experience in residential property sales being an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication, with the capability to clearly explain product information while skillfully addressing and resolving customer queries in a courteous and professional manner.
