Pre-Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, portals and database.
• Understand clients property requirements, budget, location and configuration preferences.
• Make outbound calls and initiate conversations with potential clients.
• Share relevant project details, brochures, presentations and cost sheets.
• Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, timeline and buying intent.
• Schedule property/project presentations and site visits for qualified leads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead status in CRM.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team and ensure smooth lead handover.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and appointment targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
• Prior experience in Real Estate / Sales / Pre-Sales / Telecalling preferred.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
• Result-oriented with a strong focus on lead conversion and sales closures. .
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
