Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Calling: Execute high-volume inbound and outbound calls to engage potential home buyers, assess their requirements, and pitch appropriate Nambiar properties.
• Pipeline Management & Follow-ups: Nurture active leads and re-engage older prospects through structured, timely follow-up strategies.
• Site Visit Scheduling: Drive conversion by successfully persuading prospects to book and attend on-site project visits.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly quantitative (call volume, site visits booked) and qualitative conversion targets.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Provide professional customer service, build trust, and uphold Nambiar Builders reputation in every client interaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 03 years of experience in presales, tele calling, customer relationship management, or business development (Real Estate experience preferred, freshers with strong communication are welcome).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
• High persuasive ability, persistence, and a result-oriented mindset.
