Presales Executive

The Presales Consultant provides strategic, technical, and operational support to the Sales team. This role involves close collaboration with Business Development Managers and Delivery Heads to design and present IT service solutions that meet client needs. The consultant plays a key role in qualifying leads, crafting proposals, and showcasing service capabilities across cloud, infrastructure, application development, and managed services.

Must Have Skills - RFI, RFP & RFQ, BOM, Customer Facing, Ai Solution & Services, Preparing Demos

Key Responsibilities:

• Present the value of IT services including cloud, infrastructure, application development, and managed services to stakeholders from C-level executives to technical teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to assess and qualify leads based on technical feasibility and business potential.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with detailed, customized proposals that highlight service strengths and delivery models.
• Architect tailored IT service solutions by analyzing client requirements and aligning them with the company's offerings.
• Conduct product demos, service walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase capabilities.
• Maintain deep knowledge of service portfolios including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, project managers, and domain experts to ensure proposed solutions are viable and scalable.
• Keep presales materials presentations, case studies, demo environments up to date and aligned with current offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance solution relevance.
