Presales Executive

We are looking for an energetic Pre-Sales & Tele-Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective B2B and B2C customers, understand their requirements, and convert enquiries into qualified site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective B2B and B2C customers.
• Explain Manju Groups' real estate projects, offerings, pricing and USPs to customers.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team and schedule site visits, meetings and client discussions.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
• Develop B2B leads through brokers, channel partners, corporates, investors and other business networks.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly call, lead generation, site visit and conversion targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales or Real Estate Sales.
• Experience handling both B2B and B2C customers will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
• Real estate experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
