Key Responsibilities
Proposal Management
- Lead end-to-end proposal development for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and unsolicited proposals.
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare customized technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with solution architects, technical teams, project managers, and sales teams to gather inputs.
- Ensure proposals comply with customer requirements and submission timelines.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW), MSA, solution documents, commercial responses, and executive summaries.
Solution Design Presales Support
- Work closely with technical teams to prepare high-level solution approaches and architecture overviews.
- Create solution presentations, capability decks, case studies, whitepapers, and customer demonstrations.
- Support effort estimation, resource planning, project timelines, and pricing discussions.
- Participate in customer meetings, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.

- Maintain reusable proposal content, templates, case studies, and knowledge repositories.
