Presales Executive/Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Pre Sales Consultant to join our growing Conference team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with senior industry professionals, introducing our conferences, and scheduling meetings for our managers. This is a B2B outreach role focused on building relationships and generating interest rather than closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to senior professionals and decision-makers through cold calling.
• Introduce our conferences and create interest among potential delegates, speakers, and partners.
• Qualify prospects and understand their interest and requirements.
• Schedule meetings and follow-up calls for the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with industry leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach and meeting scheduling targets.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with senior professionals.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer engagement, lead generation, B2B outreach, appointment setting, or conference/event coordination will be an added advantage.
