About the Role

We are looking for confident and fluent English-speaking professionals to handle an international EdTech process catering to customers across the US, Canada, and UK.

The role involves connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their requirements, communicating the value of the program, and ensuring that booked demo sessions are successfully attended and completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with leads from the US, Canada and UK markets.
• Communicate confidently and professionally in English.
• Understand customer requirements and address their queries.
• Convince and motivate leads to book and attend their demo sessions.
• Follow up with booked leads to improve demo attendance.
• Handle customer objections and provide relevant information about the program.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Achieve defined booking and demo conduction targets.

Performance Targets

• Lead-to-Booking: 30%
• Booking-to-Demo Conduction: 50%

Candidate Profile

• Excellent spoken English communication skills and fluency.
• Clear pronunciation and ability to communicate comfortably with international customers.
• Strong convincing, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Confident and engaging conversational style.
• Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with international markets.
• Prior experience in international calling, sales, telecalling, customer support, counselling or EdTech will be an advantage.
• Laptop/Desktop and stable internet connection are mandatory.

Shift

• 9:00 PM 6:00 AM

The candidate must be comfortable working during the above shift to cater to international customers.
