Presales Executive - Interior

Job Description:

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Understand client requirements and explain interior design services.
• Follow up with potential clients and generate site visit/consultation appointments.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers.
• Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or interior design is preferred.
